OVERVIEW
We’ll ride horses in the heart of history and mysterious ancient lands. We’ll learn about both the ancient Egyptian civilization up close and the modern Egyptian country and culture. We’ll have the opportunity to see the pyramids, historical bazaars, museums, the Nile River up close, and ride horses alongside the pyramids. Then, our journey begins into the heart of the Sahara Desert, where we’ll spend two magnificent days staying in stone mansions and riding freely through the desert.

HORSES
This is a ride for life-long advanced riders and intrepid travellers. The desert is flat, sometimes you have to cross the hills
The horses being ridden are predominantly local arabian horse, They are warm-blooded, strong and durable, accustomed to the desert climate and nature.
Therefore, riding experience is required.

- We’re staying two nights at a 4-star resort hotel near Giza.
- Our accommodations are shared rooms for a maximum of two people.
- If you’d like to stay alone, there’s an extra $100 per day in Pyramids park resort
- We’re staying in stone mansions in Fayyoum. Our rooms are shared here as well. If you’d like to stay alone, there’s an extra $50 per day.
WHAT TO PACK
Riding clothes, Riding equipment ,Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Power bank, Headlamp, Raincoat, Slippers, Towel, Warm clothing in case it gets cold, Please have your riding clothes, including tog chaps, ready.
MEALS
The meals are generally typical of classic Arab cuisine. They feature meat and plenty of spices. Breakfast typically includes eggs, olives, cheese, tomatoes, salad, jam, bread, and tea. For dinner, a traditional goose dish, soup, and salad are served at Fayyoum.
INTERNET
Consider yourself ‘unplugged’ while on safari.
You can buy an sim card for about 10$ for 20 GB at the airport. Cell-phone reception is available at the start and end of the rides but on trail you are completely off grid.
There are 12 volt usb chargers in the support vehicles for small devices.

Tour Plan
We usually adjust our schedule based on late-night flights from Istanbul and other European cities. From the airport, we go directly to our 4-star hotel near the Pyramid. We spend the first night recovering from the flight.
After breakfast at our hotel, we take our bus to the Grand Egyptian Museum. After visiting the Ancient Egyptian Civilization Museum with our guides, we visit the Khan Khalil, a tourist and historical bazaar, and do some shopping there. After shopping, we relax with a cup of coffee at a local coffeehouse. Then, we depart for a cruise on the Nile. We'll have dinner on the Nile, enjoying both entertainment and local cuisine. After our ship docks again, we return to our hotel by bus.
After breakfast at our hotel, we'll take our bus to the Pyramids for horseback riding and photography. After the photoshoot, we'll visit the Sphinx and Pyramids and take a coffee break. After our coffee break, we'll visit the dancing horses. After riding the dancing horses, we'll head to Fayyoum. We'll have dinner at one of the award-winning restaurants along the way. We'll arrive at Fayyoum and relax in our rooms.
Fayyoum is a village in the Sahara Desert. We'll stay here for two days and ride horses in the desert. After a traditional breakfast, we'll head to a desert farm by jeep. We'll also embark on a jeep safari through the dunes. After arriving at our desert farm, we'll ride for two hours to Magic Lake. After stopping for a coffee at a cafe in the middle of the desert, which is like an oasis, we'll continue riding for two to three hours to the farm. After arriving at the farm, we'll return by jeep to our hotel in Fayyoum.
Today is our last day in the desert. After breakfast, we head back to our desert ranch by jeep. After mounting our horses, we ride deep into the Sahara Desert. After our break in the desert, we return to our ranch. After returning to our hotel by jeep, we'll be greeted by local dancers and delicious food. After dinner, we'll be transferred to the airport. This concludes this magnificent Egyptian tour.
